use ctrl+c to exit insert mode in vim

Found an interesting post on stackoverflow about vim. One of the tricks there was use ctrl+c instead of esc to exit insert mode, handy, love it.

People spend their entire lives acting, putting on a charade for others, without taking the time to look at themselves

Effectiveness of a project manager

Learned something interesting in lecture today:

If a project manager scores

• 80% for knowing what to do
• 80% for knowing how to do
• 80% for motivation skills
• 80% for communication skills

Then his effectiveness = 80% * 80% * 80% * 80% = 40%
